This site is operated by Associação 4rest4all. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Brazil’s LGPD and the EU GDPR.
Data we collect
Information you give us when donating or contacting us (name, email, donation details) and technical data collected automatically (IP, device, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To process donations and issue receipts, respond to your messages, send updates you opt into, and improve the site. Payment data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payments, email, hosting, analytics), and only as needed. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to flora@4rest4all.org.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
