HOW DECISIONS ARE MADE
Funds are allocated with an Indigenous representative council
Allocation of funds within a territory is decided by the local association in consultation with an Indigenous representative council. 4rest4all provides technical, operational and fundraising support - it does not set territorial priorities on its own.
The reallocation policy
If a designated goal is fully funded or becomes unworkable, the funds move to a similar need in the same territory, decided together with the Indigenous council. A stated share is reserved for operations. Designations are accepted at the territory or program level - not the individual-item level.
