MANDATE STATUS
No signed mandate here yet
Arariboia is an early-stage relationship, and we describe it exactly as that - no more. We only present a territory as a mandated partnership once a written agreement is signed with its Indigenous association.
Our one signed mandate is in Vale do Javari. It sets out the areas of support the association asked for, how priorities are decided and how funds are allocated, with the association in the lead.
What a signed mandate looks like
Scope of support, decision-making, budget agreement and reporting - all agreed in writing before any funds move.
